Admins can unarchive learners in Assist. They have to follow three important steps marked as A, B and C. They are:


A: Unarchive learners

B: Update the year level of the student

C: Add the learner to their assessment groups 


A. Unarchive learners


Step 1: 
Click on the Users menu.


Step 2: Click learner tab (top of the left of screen, under your school's name).



Step 3: Under status, change to Archived.



Step 4: Enter the details in the dialogue box to search the learner.


Step 5: Select the learner you wish to unarchive by clicking on the select box.


Step 6: Click on the Unarchive button on the right-hand side of the screen.


Your learner will be unarchived.



B. Admins can change the year level of a learner within Assist


Step 1: 
Click on the Users menu.



Step 2: Click learner tab (top of the left of screen, under your school's name).





Step 3: Find the learner profile.


Step 4: Click on edit button (2nd icon) under Actions on the right-handnd side of the screen.




Step 5: Update details and click update.



C. Admins and teachers can add learners within the assessments.


Step 1: Click on the Dashboard menu.


Step 2: Choose the assessment from the subscribed assessments.


Step 3: Click on Manage Users (people looking icon).




Step 4: Click on Add Users.


Step 5: Use the tick box on the left to select multiple learners at once.


Learners will be added.
