Admins can un-archive both learner and teacher user accounts in Assist.


Step 1: 
Click on the Users menu.


Step 2: Select either the Learners or the Teachers tab.



 

Step 3: Amend the Status filter to Archived.



Step 4: Enter the details in the dialogue boxes to search the user.


Step 5: Press Enter.


Step 3: Select the user you wish to un-archive by clicking on the select box.


Step 4: Click on un-archive button on the right-hand side of the screen.


Your user will be unarchived.
