Issue
The KAMAR system is currently generating SMS (.csv) files in an incorrect format, preventing them from being uploaded for validation.

Immediate Fix
To correct the file, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the SMS .csv file generated by KAMAR.

  2. Open the file on your computer (e.g., in Excel or another spreadsheet application).

  3. Immediately save the file and then close it.

  4. Upload this newly saved file as you normally would.

Important: Do not edit, update, or modify any data inside the file. Simply open, save, and close it.
