Administrators can create the Teacher Workplace Survey to be used within the school. Please follow the steps below to set up:

Step 1: Log into your account at NZCER Assist

Step 2: Select Teacher Workplace Survey from the Dashboard under the Surveys heading:

Step 3: Click on the create survey on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step 4: Use the drop-down menu to select Teacher Workplace Survey, the period will automatically auto-fill. Because you need a group for the system to create a token code for your teachers to use, type the name of a group e.g. Teachers (you will only need to create one group).
Click Create:

Step 5: You will now need to find the token code for teachers to use. You can access this by clicking the Manage Learners icon displayed beneath the Actions heading. 

Step 6: Share the URL and the token code that has been generated, with the staff you would like to complete the survey.

(Note: the token code below is for a demo school, your code will be different).

Step 7: Teachers can now complete their survey.
