NZCER Assist admins can create the Principal and Teacher surveys to be used within the school. Only Assist users with the Product Admin role for TSP can view reporting (including the principal report). Please follow the steps below to set up:
Step 1: Log into your account at NZCER Assist
Step 2: Select Teaching and School Practices Survey Tool (TSP) from the Dashboard under the Surveys heading:
Step 3: Click on the create survey on the top right hand-side of the screen.
Step 4: Fill out the details for the survey you are creating and then click Create:
Step 5: You will now need to invite users to register for and complete their survey (suggested content for sending to the participants is below).
You can find your school's survey link to send in the email by clicking the Manage Learners icon displayed beneath the Actions heading.
Copy and share the unique Survey Administration Link.

Instructions:
- If you already have an NZCER Assist account (for doing PAT for example) - log in. This will take you to the on-boarding screen.
- If you do not have an NZCER Assist account you will need to create one by clicking on Sign up now!
- Please complete the survey by [enter the date here].
- Your responses are entirely confidential. No-one at this school will know who has registered or completed the survey or be able to view what your responses are.
- No individuals can be identified in the results.
- You can stop at any point and return to the survey later to complete it.
- At the end you can download a copy of your responses if you’d like to use them for reflection.
