Administrators can create both W@S Intermediate-Secondary Student Survey and Primary Student Survey. Steps below:

Step 1: Log on to Wellbeing@School at NZCER Assist -

Step 2: Click on the Subscriptions menu and select Wellbeing@School Toolkit (W@S) (Note: ignore this step if already subscribed). 

Step 3: Click on the Dashboard menu option and select Wellbeing@School Toolkit (W@S) under the Surveys:

Step 4: Click on the create survey on the top right hand-side of the screen:

Step 5: Fill out the details and enter at least one Token Group (this is to generate a generic token for the students to sit their survey anonymously):

Step 7: Click on create (Note: the system will automatically assign a 10 week end date but your reports will become available once a minimum of 10 responses have been submitted). The survey is now created, and you will be returned to the Current Survey summary screen. 

Step 8: When students are ready to sit the survey, go into the student survey to retrieve the tokens by clicking the Manage Groups icon displayed beneath the Actions heading. The Group names and tokens are displayed and should be given to the relevant teachers:

Step 9: Children enter into NZCER Online on their browser to sit the survey. (displayed above the list of groups).
