Admin and teachers can access school wide reports. Filters such as gender, ethnicity and year level can be used to narrow the search once reports have been generated.


 

How do I access School-wide reports?


Step 1: Click on Reports in the Left-hand menu of Assist site


 


 

Step 2: Fill out the details in the form

  • Year: 2021
  • Area: Choose the subject area 
  • Tests: Select All Tests or choose individual or multiple tests
  • Period: Choose the term under analysis
  • Assessments: Select All Assessments or choose individual or multiple assessment groups



 

Step 3: Click on generate reports



Reports generated: LIST REPORT, STANINE REPORT, YEAR LEVEL REPORT. Apply the filters for focused analysis.

 Leaders/teachers can generate reports for:

 

  • Individual tests with multiple classes in the same year levels: Apply the filters for your specific groups to access: LIST REPORT, YEAR LEVEL REPORT, ITEM REPORT, SCALE SCORE REPORT, STANINE REPORT and INDIVIDUAL ITEM REPORT.


  • Multiple tests with multiple year levels : Apply filter for your specific groups to access LIST REPORT, STANINE REPORT, YEAR LEVEL REPORT. The range is limited by multiple year levels.

How do I access teacher-class year level reports?


Admins and teachers can access teacher class year level reports. Please note, data for less than 10 responses is not available at this stage. The team is working behind the scenes to get this ready as soon as possible.


 

Step 1: Click on Dashboard

 

Step 2: Choose the assessment from the subscribed assessments


 

Step 3: Click on report button (report looking icon, right hand-side of the screen) 
 


 
 

Step 4: Click on year level report 


 

This report shows a box plot comparison between your school and the National Data. Apply the filter to HIDE or SHOW National Data.


 

 

Important note for Administrators

Team leaders/HOD/Syndicate leaders need to have the ADMIN role to search for multiple assessments and tests.
