Admin and teachers can access historic reports in NZCER Assist.


There are 3 reports that can be viewed

  • Historic Aggregated Reports
  • Learner Progress
  • Progress Over Time


Steps for generating Historic Aggregated reports are as follows:


Step 1: Click on Reports in the Left-hand menu of Assist site


 



Step 2: Click on Aggregated Reports on top of the screen




 

Step 3: Fill out the details in the form

  • Year: Choose the year
  • Area: Choose the subject area 
  • Tests: Select All Tests or choose individual or multiple tests
  • Period: Choose the term under analysis
  • Assessments: Select All Assessments or choose individual or multiple assessment groups



 

Step 4: Click on generate reports



Reports generated: LIST REPORT, STANINE REPORT, YEAR LEVEL REPORT. Apply the filters for focused analysis.


Steps for generating Learner Progress report


Step 1: Click on Reports in the Left-hand menu of Assist site


 



Step 2: Click on Learner Progress on top of the screen




 

Step 3: Fill out the details of the learner in the form
 

Step 4: Click on Report under Actions on the left hand - side of the screen



Reports generated will get generated. Apply the filters on the left hand - side of the screen for focused analysis.




Steps for generating Progress Over time report


Step 1: Click on Reports in the Left-hand menu of Assist site


 


Step 2: Click on Progress Over time on the top of the screen


Step 3: Fill out the details in the form

  • Year: Choose the year
  • Area: Choose the subject area 
  • Year Level: Choose multiple year levels
  • Term: Choose multiple terms.


Step 4: Click on generate reports



Use the filters on the left hand - side of the screen for focused analysis
