Cathy has supplied the following advice to MoE PLD leaders - we can use this text if needed when responding to folks who work with schools.
It's important that people know it's voluntary, and to be used for review, inquiry, planning, and not accountability (so we know principals see it as useful for their appraisal and work on goals etc with the person they work with, but it's their decision to make - someone they work with can point out how useful it would be, but not say it has to be done... also we don't recommend using the TSP in a school that's in strife."
